WHO IS DONATO
DONATO is a unique resource for construction and development. He began in 1980 as a carpenter and spent many years building residential and commercial projects as a carpenter, foreman and superintendent.
In 2003, Donato left the corporate high-rise community and started Donato Builders where he could focus on building Custom Homes, unique commercial projects and consulting.
You will be hard-pressed to find someone with the knowledge of both the field and management skills as Donato acquired over the past 38 years. These qualities and his attention to details are visibly his trademark of Exceptional Quality and Service.

Since 2003 DONATO has provided consultant services to a wide range of Clients. To assist Developers and Real Estate Investors we offer guidance and support on property acquisitions, feasibility studies, entitlements, government agency support, job cost analysis, scheduling, financing, building status reports and risk management.
When projects get off track and litigation is required DONATO has assisted various Clients and Law Firms with litigation support and Expert Witness Testimony. This is an unfortunate, but necessary service to protect your assets and rights when deficiencies overwhelm a project or acquisition.
